Sundevil Hall of Fame

Mt. Carmel High School was founded in 1974. In 2019, a Mt. Carmel High School Hall of Fame was created. The Hall of Fame recognizes graduates who exemplify "Once a Sundevil, Always a Sundevil" by making outstanding contributions to their community. It also recognizes those individuals who by their actions or achievements, made outstanding contributions to the “The Sundevil Way".

There are three categories by which an individual can be recognized and inducted into the Hall of Fame:

ACHIEVEMENT

Individuals who are graduates* of MCHS and went on to impact society and their communities through achievement or contributions by exemplifying “The Sundevil Way” lifestyle.

ATHLETICS

Graduates* that excelled at an exceptionally high level while participating or coaching in the MCHS Athletic Program or for achievement in the world of sports after graduating.

CONTRIBUTION

Individuals who, by their actions, had an indelible impact on the students that attended MCHS (retired staff, retired faculty, or volunteers).

*Graduate inductees must have been out of High School for a period of ten years.
